Refund and Resolution Policy
At Creative Books, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing our digital learning materials. Our store offers downloadable products such as eBooks, practical guides, tutorials, and other educational resources created to support hobbies, creativity, and personal development.
In addition to any rights provided by applicable consumer law, we offer a voluntary 30-day refund guarantee for qualifying orders.
Requesting a Refund
You may ask us to review your purchase for a refund within 30 days of the original order date.

Because Creative Books supplies downloadable content only, there is no physical product to package or send back.

The link in the original policy belongs to the previous Shopify store and should not be reused. Replace it with the customer-account URL generated by the new Creative Books store.
How Requests Are Assessed
Every request is considered individually. We may review the order status, delivery records, access history, and the information provided by the customer before making a decision under our 30-day guarantee.
When a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. We will initiate the refund without undue delay. After processing, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content
Our 30-day guarantee does not replace any mandatory rights available under UK consumer law.
Digital content supplied to UK consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match its description. Where digital content does not meet those standards, statutory remedies may apply, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund in qualifying circumstances.
Immediate Digital Delivery
Creative Books products may be made available for download or access shortly after payment. Where legally required, customers may be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this has on their statutory cancellation right once the download or access begins.
This does not remove rights relating to content that is faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable law.
